I really enjoyed my facial and massage on March 3rd. The manicure and pedicure were ok but weren't as detail as I would have liked.

Terrace Retreat goes above and beyond. They do a great job accommodating their customers. I have been happy with their service team and enjoyed the services as well as the caring staff.

I have been getting my hair cut with one of the stylist there and have had an occasional massage. Great men's cut appreciate the efficient manner that I can get in and out. The massage was pretty good. It's convenient and well priced.

Not the best spa experience. Had appointment booked a month in advance and they called last minute to change our appointment time to an hour earlier. Poor professionally formatted client in-take form and not very relaxing waiting room, also used plastic cups to serve drinks in. My mother and I were getting massages and facials done, the service providers seemed to just rush through our appointments. We had to carry our clothes and shoes around to switch rooms because no one offered prior to our services for us to put our stuff in a locker. Overall had an unappealing energy about the place. We didn't even get a receipt or offered one at check out. Had to ask for one and they hand wrote a receipt on a piece of paper. Figured this would be a nice spa since it's in the Hilton hotel, would have much rather put that money towards something else. Will not be referring this place to friends.

I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to my 45th birthday - August 20. I even had a friend call to pay for the massage. I go to the location, and waith for half an hour before one of the girls tells me she has no appointment for me there. Then try to send me to the other location, I drove around for 30 minutes not able to find it. I complained to both the hotel and to Terrace Retreat. Terrace retreat has done nothing but ignore me. I think I should be compensated for my the problem.

Yesterday morning (10AM), I've called the spa and got voice mail. I left a message with my contact name/number indicating that I wanted to make and appt. Yesterday, evening (6PM) I hadn't heard back, so I called again and got voice mail. I left another message indicating that I called (twice) and wanted to make and appt. No one ever called me back. I've been going to spas for YEARS and never experienced this (voice mail)....no call back. This spa had good reviews, so I was willing to give it a try. Since they didn't call back, I'll take my business elsewhere!
