For any Laser treatment to be effective first it must be decided which layers of skin need rejuvenation. Our process of Layered Laser Light helps to build collagen, smoothes scars, reduces lines and wrinkles, firms and lifts the skin.
The advantage of the GentleYag laser is that it provides the benefits of skin tightening and wrinkle reduction comfortably, with no downtime, less expensively and with a much improved side effect profile. For patients with significant laxity of the skin, surgery may be the best option, and this should be determined at time of consultation.
The use of Laser Light is an effective treatment for Rosacea, facial veins, and sun damage. This is a similar proecedure to FotoFacial.

For many years, because of the high risk/benefit ratio of laser skin resurfacing, less invasive approaches for treating photoaging have been desirable. Technology in use
By splitting the laser into a 7 x 7 or 9 x 9 array of pixels, the High Power Pixel 2940 effectively only treats 15% - 20% of the skin. It creates an ablative thermal channel at the pixel area — a micro-injury — without disturbing the surrounding tissue. Those micro-injured areas start the process of healing and the untreated area acts as a reservoir for rapid restoration. As collagen remodels, skin tightens and texture improves.
