Raves and Reviews of the Terrace Retreat Salon and Day Spa

 

I was in town from Florida visiting a friend and we decided to have a girls day. We were both so happy that we chose the Terrace Retreat Spa! Being from FL, I have visited many spas, and this was by far the best spa experience. These women were serious professionals and the staff was incredibly freindly and personable. We had multiple services and it was worth the money, the staff takes great care of you. We decided to have lunch, and they brought it in for us! They even have a great retail line to choose from for skin care and hair products. They exceeded my expectations and I would recommend to anybody! I only wish there was a Terrrace Retreat in Florida! I will certainly be back on my next visit!

I have been to the Terrace Retreat for my hair and I have been back many times to get it cut and colored. It is very personable. I don't feel lost like in a big place where you can lose the personal touch. I have tried on occasion another stylist when mine was out and the service was excellent. I feel like you can always be guaranteed a great service because they stand behind their work. Complimentary bang trims, stress relieving massages. make up touch ups are just the few perks that come with their service. I received a gift card from my husband for Terrace Retreat I was so happy I was able to have a spa day with a friend for facials and massages. It was the best! The staff there made all the difference with the relaxing services. They are very accommodating. We were going out to dinner that evening and the spa desk recommended a restaurant and even made our reservations. I really appreciated the customer service they extended to my friend and I. Hats off to their personal service!

A group of friends went to Terrace Retreat Spa and Salon as part of a bachlorette party. We had manicures, facials and pedicures. We also had a fruit plate lunch in the middle of the day. It was a great day to spend with friends and the spa made it fun for us and really went out of their way to treat the bride to be special. I was impressed and will go back.

I have been a client of Terrace Retreat Day Spa in Southlake for 7 years. I continue to use them for my hair color and cut, facials and massages because they offer high quality service and products. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone tries to do as much as possible to make my day at the spa wonderful. I have gone for a relaxing spa day with massage, facial, lunch and manicure. I came out totally relaxed.

As a working mother, I don't have much time to spend on myself. My weekends are normally busy and the only time I can take care of my beauty needs is during the evening. Terrace Retreat is open until 8 PM on Tues, Wed, and Thursday, which is great because I don't get off of work until 5. They are also open on Sundays, and many spas and salons are not. I would highly reccommend this spa to anyone who is looking for a relaxing experience at a convenient time. I also love that I can request appointments online, and the staff will do whatever they can to accommodate my request.

I have been to many spas, including several in 5 star hotels, and Terrace Retreat is by far my favorite. The service and hospitality is excellent, and the staff is always friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to accomodate you. I also get my hair cut and colored there, and they have very experienced stylists. I also like that they use Aveda products. I frequently go to this spa and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting an upscale spa experience at a reasonable price.
